The role requires a strong understanding of financial services, data analysis, and strategic planning. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify key business objectives, develop actionable recommendations, and implement effective solutions.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive data models to inform business decisions
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic goals
  • Mentor and lead junior analysts to develop their skills and expertise
What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in business analysis, data science, and project management. A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field is required. Additionally, you should have at least 10 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects.

You should be an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with credit cards and retail banking products is a plus.

  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
