Job Title: Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for providing structural design and engineering inputs for Social Infrastructure DPR projects.

  • Develop and review structural designs, drawings, and detailed estimates for Social Infrastructure DPR projects.
  • Carry out structural analysis and ensure compliance with IS codes, NBC, and applicable international standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other specialists to ensure integrated design solutions.
  • Assess foundation design, load calculations, earthquake-resistant design, and durability aspects.
  • Prepare design basis reports, structural BOQs, and cost estimates.
  • Conduct a review of DPR deliverables (draft and final reports) from a structural perspective.
  • Provide technical guidance to project teams and support capacity building.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in structural engineering design for buildings and social infrastructure projects.
  • Strong expertise in structural design software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
