Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven HR Technology Specialist to oversee the day-to-day management of HR tech operations, system enhancements, audits, and automation projects with minimal supervision.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR technology-related queries, issues, and enhancements.
  • Independently manage daily HR tech operations, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
  • Conduct thorough HR technology audits to ensure compliance, data integrity, and system security.
  • Liaise with internal business technology teams to align HR systems with enterprise-wide solutions and integrations.
  • Lead the implementation of new system enhancements and ensure adoption by HR and employees.
  • Maintain and optimize HR systems, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify process gaps and deploy digital workflows.
  • Monitor system performance, generate HR dashboards, and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Train HR teams and employees on new features, functionalities, and processes.
  • Stay abreast of HR technology trends to recommend future-ready solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferably with HR tech/automation background).
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR Technology / HR Operations with hands-on system management.
  • Knowledge of Zing HR, TurboHire, Power Automate, Power BI (advantageous).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance, payroll, etc.).
  • Prior experience in HR tech audits and compliance checks.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and liaise across HR and technology functions.
