Lead Healthcare Coordinator Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical care services within a healthcare unit. This involves planning, implementing and evaluating all aspects of patient care to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective patient care protocols to meet regulatory requirements
  • Provide strategic leadership for the clinical operation of medical departments and services
  • Collaborate with committees such as infection control and ethics to drive quality improvement initiatives
  • Support medical audits and quality assurance programs
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Medicine (MBBS) and Master's in Healthcare Administration (MHA)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Administration
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
