Senior Financial Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Executive to spearhead our organization's financial strategy. This senior-level position requires a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in finance and accounting, boasting at least 14-15 years of proven track record.

This role involves driving the overall Finance & Accounting function of the company, overseeing key initiatives such as:

  • Accounting and Financial Reporting: Ensuring accurate and timely financial statements and reports that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Cost Efficiency: Identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing measures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Taxation & Regulatory Compliance: Maintaining strict adherence to tax laws and regulations, ensuring all financial dealings are compliant with relevant legislation.
  • Audit Management: Overseeing internal audits and managing relationships with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
  • Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, etc.)
  • Internal Controls & Risk Management: Establishing robust controls to mitigate risks and ensure sound financial practices.
  • ERP & MIS Systems: Strategically implementing ERP and MIS systems to drive informed decision-making.
  • Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Effectively managing cash flows to optimize liquidity and minimize risk.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Developing comprehensive budgets and forecasts to inform business strategies.
  • Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborating with stakeholders to develop long-term financial plans aligned with organizational objectives.
