We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Audit Associate.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to work closely with audit managers and partners to deliver high-quality audit services to clients across the UK.

  • Conduct audits of financial statements, operational processes, and compliance programs to ensure accuracy, integrity, and adherence to applicable standards.
  • Work closely with clients to gather necessary information and resolve audit-related queries or issues.
  • Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures to evaluate the accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality audit services to a diverse portfolio of clients within the UK.
  • Plan and execute audit engagements, ensuring compliance with professional standards, regulations, and firm policies.
  • Review and audit the financial statements of UK-based enterprises to ensure adherence to legal accounting requirements.
  • Participate in statutory audit work preparation with good understanding of all the phases (planning, execution, and closure).
  • Perform end-to-end audit function for entities across sectors, including small and medium companies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting frameworks, and relevant regulations.
  • Proficiency in using accounting applications and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in using audit software, such as CaseWare, Wolters Kluwer CCH Audit, MyWorkPapers, Inflo, and Thomson Reuters.
  • Good communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.

To be successful in this role, you will have 2-5 years of experience in end-to-end audit for UK clients. You will also possess in-depth knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting frameworks.
