Key Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Peoplesoft Developer/Analyst to join our team. As a Peoplesoft Developer/Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 application, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, Time & Labor, and custom-built modules.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with functional users to understand and document business requirements;
  • Performing system analysis, including research of delivered functionality and existing customizations;
  • Identifying potential impacts of proposed application changes on other modules within the application;
  • Creating and updating technical specification documents;
  • Designing and building solutions to meet business requirements and deadlines, following established development standards;
  • Documenting and executing test cases to thoroughly test own development work;
  • Performing quality assurance testing on projects completed by other team members;
  • Analyzing, designing, coding, and implementing changes to resolve break/fix production issues;
  • Providing appropriate communication related to these issues as outlined in a service level agreement;
  • Providing 24/7 on-call support as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development, including PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, and DMS Scripts;
  • Experience using Oracle Database 19c or above;
  • Functional and technical understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, and Time and Labor;
  • Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in computer-related field.
