As a Senior Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational aspects of our organization. This strategic position is responsible for implementing critical processes, focusing on reliability-centered maintenance and failure mode analysis. You will establish equipment standards, oversee testing and modification processes, and implement condition monitoring programs to ensure peak operational efficiency and reliability.

Main Responsibilities
  • FMEA & RCM Implementation: Lead the implementation of robust strategies to optimize asset performance and mitigate risks.
  • Equipment Standards & Procedures: Establish and maintain rigorous equipment standards and procedures for all machinery and systems.
  • Testing & Modification: Oversee comprehensive testing and modification processes for equipment and systems, driving continuous improvement and adaptation.
  • Condition & Monitoring: Implement and manage effective condition and monitoring programs for critical assets.
  • Troubleshooting & RCA: Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts for operational incidents.
  • Project Involvement: Participate in and lead project involvement initiatives, contributing expertise to new installations, upgrades, or operational changes.
Key Qualifications
  • Expertise in FMEA & RCM implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of equipment standards and procedures.
  • Proficiency in leading testing and modification processes.
  • Experience with condition and monitoring systems.
  • Adept at troubleshooting and RCA.
  • Proven capability in project involvement.
