Our company is seeking a detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to oversee all aspects of quality assurance. In this role, you will ensure the highest standards of software quality by working closely with cross-functional teams. You will define and implement quality strategies, testing processes, and automation frameworks that deliver reliable and scalable software solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior QA role.
• Proficiency in QA methodologies, test planning, and building automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, and test management platforms like TestRail.
• Strong scripting or programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Practical experience with CI/CD tools, e.g., Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD, to integrate testing into deployment pipelines.
• A strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail in software testing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Good-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud testing platforms like AWS Device Farm, BrowserStack, or Sauce Labs.
• Familiarity with Agile principles, with experience participating in sprint ceremonies.
• Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• ISTQB certification or similar QA/Testing certifications.
• Background in mobile app testing (both manual and automated).
• Basic SQL knowledge for backend and data validation testing.
• Experience with monitoring tools like New Relic, Splunk, or Dynatrace.

Onboarding Process:

In the first month, you will undergo training on our solutions and gain a deep understanding of our major products. During this time, you will set up your testing environment, learn our team's processes and tools, and execute existing test suites.

In the first three months, you will be assigned to a vertical within the team and work closely with the Lead. You will create or update test cases based on product requirements and acceptance criteria, focusing on both functional and non-functional testing aspects.

In the first six months, you will be fully involved in requirement discussions with developers and Product managers. You will conduct thorough testing, identify defects, and ensure our software products meet desired quality standards. You will assess current testing processes and suggest potential improvements or automation opportunities.
