Power Management Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned leader with 10+ years of experience in power management within the semiconductor industry.

This is a unique opportunity to shape and drive the next generation of power products for a growing market.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in power products, system knowledge, and experience using FEA tools, simulation tools, and programming languages like C/Python.

Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, defining product roadmaps, providing technical support, translating market requirements into product specifications, leading a team of product definers and engineers, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and design teams.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in power management, including product definition
  • Expertise in power products (MOSFET, DCDC, BMS, PMIC) and system knowledge
  • Experience using FEA tools for various thermal, electrical, and magnetic investigations
  • Proficiency with simulation tools (SIMPLIS), C/Python programming, and PCB CAD tools
  • Understanding of AECQ / IATF /ISO26262 (FuSa)
