Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor high-performing teams of SEO professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Technical Execution: Implement technical SEO solutions, including site migrations, international SEO, and large-scale technical implementations.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other industry-leading platforms.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing agencies with a proven track record of success.
  • Project Management: Successfully managed 10+ concurrent SEO projects monthly.
  • Team Leadership: Direct experience managing 15-20+ SEO professionals across different specializations.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking strategies, and web analytics tools.
  • Expert proficiency in enterprise versions of Ahrefs, SEMrush, BrightEdge, Conductor, and custom analytics platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript SEO, Progressive Web Apps, and complex technical implementations.
