IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective support for application and system issues.
- Monitor application performance and alert the team of any potential problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating as required.
- Support production deployments, patching, and configuration changes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A strong problem-solving attitude.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A solid understanding of ITIL principles.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix, Windows, SQL, and Shell scripting.
- Experience with monitoring tools, CI/CD, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Application support.
