Job Title: Immigration Specialist 

At Path Law Group, we are seeking a skilled and organized Immigration Paralegal to support our team in providing high-quality immigration services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and edit high-volume visa applications, focusing on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B cases
  • Manage multiple clients' cases independently while coordinating with inter-firm teams for efficiency and quality
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the visa process, providing regular updates on their case status
  • Report progress and status of cases to legal teams and managers, highlighting any delays or issues that require attention
  • Liaise with government organizations, including USCIS, CBP, and the US Department of State, to ensure timely and accurate processing of visa applications
  • Support lawyers in preparing evidence and documents, and ensuring adherence to procedural stipulations, such as documenting all communications with clients and stakeholders
  • Prepare and coordinate document production and RFE responses, demonstrating strategic acumen and initiative in resolving complex case assignments
 

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, caseload management, and prioritization skills, with at least three years of experience in immigration law and a Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.
