Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Underwriter to join our team in Mumbai, India. As an Underwriter, you will be responsible for evaluating the financial viability of investment opportunities and providing recommendations for acquisition or divestiture.

You will work closely with our Investments team to analyze market data, assess risks, and develop strategies for growth. Your expertise in underwriting, financial modeling, and analytical skills will be essential in driving business decisions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from evaluating new investments to analyzing existing portfolio performance. You will also contribute to the development of our underwriting processes and procedures, ensuring that they remain aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate financial information and make recommendations for acquisition or divestiture
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and other partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in underwriting, financial analysis, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
