Our organization is seeking an exceptional Operations Leadership Specialist to spearhead the implementation of our master plan for malt plant, HBS, and IMFL packaging hall & at a departmental level.

This critical role requires strong managerial leadership skills to develop teams against role capabilities, ensuring effective implementation of training & development programmes by aligning site /line management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all departments to work together in implementing MMS practices to meet their broad plans, and providing expert loss & waste leadership and coaching to operational teams.

The individual will participate in and lead as required improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology, and engage with Daily Operational Review meetings to provide expert analysis of performance improvement opportunities.

Additionally, they will practice Maturity Assessments - Develop & implement a Practice Maturity improvement strategy for our site and conduct regular assessments.

Furthermore, the Operations Leadership Specialist will implement weekly/ monthly/ quarterly communications to drive engagement and momentum of the journey, support Task Forces and Shift Based teams in their deployment through regular meetings and communication of activities.
