Job Description

As an Operations and Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth sales processes and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure our products reach customers seamlessly while providing exceptional support to partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Support:
    • Assist in managing relationships with retail partners and e-commerce platforms.
    • Take care of purchase orders, manage inventory allocation, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
    • Provide excellent customer service to resolve inquiries related to products, orders, or returns.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop reports, sales forecasts, and performance analytics.
    • Support product launches and promotions by coordinating with sales and marketing teams.
    • Take care of automations and flows on different customer outreach and communication channels.
  • Operations:
    • Monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability across sales channels.
    • Work closely with logistics partners to ensure efficient delivery and returns processing.
    • Coordinate with the supply chain team for restocking and maintaining inventory accuracy.
    • SOURCE & Collaborate agencies for different business agendas.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales, shipments, and inventory in CRM or ERP systems.
    • Identify and address operational bottlenecks to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with marketing teams to execute sales campaigns and promotional events.
    • Collaborate with product development and customer feedback teams to relay insights on market trends.
    • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations related to skincare products.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, supply chain, or customer service roles, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Estimated Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month
