Customer Relationship Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our growing student base in the U.S. as a Customer Relationship Executive.

This key position involves conducting demo calls with prospective students for certification programs, building trust and providing guidance on program details, enrollment process, and next steps.

  • Deliver high-quality customer interactions through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to meet enrollment targets.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
About This Opportunity

This is a remote-based role ideal for those who enjoy working independently and have strong communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining ongoing communication with students to support engagement and satisfaction, answering student inquiries, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase student satisfaction and retention.
  • Identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate into major problems.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student interactions and progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer relations, inside sales, or student support.
  • Prior experience working with U.S.-based customers or in international markets is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Confident, professional, and fluent in conducting virtual presentations.
