IT Project Management Role

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to fill a key position in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing IT software projects, ensuring they align with project objectives and timelines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, as well as experience working with project management tools like MPP, Clarity, XLS, and JIRA.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring IT software projects to ensure they meet project objectives and timelines.
  • Support the project manager in tracking project progress, updating schedules, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to ensure adherence to agile principles.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify project deliverables.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or issues affecting project timelines or deliverables.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience with Agile/Safe certification and Scrum Master certification is an added advantage.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • At least 2-15 years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in project management.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with project management tools like MPP, Clarity, XLS, and JIRA.
  • Agile/Safe certification is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High-level knowledge of latest technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure/API) is preferred.
  • Scrum Master certified.
