Requirements:

  • An advanced degree and/or certifications are preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in fair value, purchase price allocation, and goodwill impairments is necessary.
  • Fundamental understanding of financial valuation theory and methodologies is essential.
  • Experience with traditional valuation methods and financial databases is required.
  • The ability to work with high-level tools and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines is crucial.
  • Demonstrated technical skills in Excel and ability to travel (if required) are also necessary.
