Job Opportunity: Customer Deployment Specialist

This is a technical role that provides comprehensive support to enterprise customers and their teams. The key responsibilities include managing projects, designing features, implementing technologies, and defining processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with communication service providers and enterprise customers to gain an understanding of our solutions.
  • Provide strategic and day-to-day technical expertise for assigned accounts.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and liaison between our technical teams and customer vendors.
  • Lead cross-functional review sessions to develop innovative solutions and communicate recommendations.
  • Coordinate the definition of requirements for new features and manage prioritization.
  • Author technical documentation for the deployment team and communication service providers.
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, and meetings with customers for deployment projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or electrical engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience or 3 years of experience in field applications engineering, product management, or support.
  • Experience in engineering roles for cloud or networking services.
  • Demonstrated understanding of cloud technology components.
  • Good understanding of wireless technologies.
  • Proficient verbal and written technical communication in English and Hindi.
  • Proficient usage of collaboration tools like Salesforce, Jira & Confluence.
