Job Title: Associate Creative Director - Copy
">">This role is responsible for overseeing the quality of all copywriting deliverables. As part of our global content marketplace, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our content and ensuring its effectiveness across various platforms.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Collaborate with clients to understand their content needs and expectations.
- Identify areas for improvement in the copywriting process and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Oversee the quality of all short-form written content, including marketing materials, social media posts, and more.
- Work closely with copywriters, editors, and project managers to provide constructive feedback and guidance.
- Manage and assist in hiring the pool of freelance copywriters and editors.
- Strategize copy ideas with clients, ensuring that content strategies effectively address their needs and goals.
Requirements:
">- Proven experience (6+ years) in copywriting, with at least 4 years in a lead role overseeing content projects.
- Managed a team of at least 5-6 copywriters.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of copywriting samples and an understanding of various content styles.
- Excellent command of grammar, punctuation, and style, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
