Copy Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced, creative, and detail-oriented Copy Supervisor to lead and elevate our content strategy across diverse platforms and industries. This role demands exceptional command of language, deep understanding of digital and marketing trends, and the ability to craft compelling, high-impact copy for a variety of audiences — with strong exposure to the BFSI sector being an advantage.
As a team leader, you will drive ideation, oversee content execution, mentor writers, and ensure brand voice consistency across all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
1. Research & Insights
- Conduct in-depth research to understand brand offerings, market positioning, and target audiences.
- Interpret client briefs to produce content aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
2. Content Development
- Craft engaging scripts, social media copy, long-form articles, email campaigns, banner ads, and search ads.
- Develop clear, persuasive, and brand-consistent content for multiple platforms and industries.
3. Ideation & Campaign Strategy
- Lead brainstorming sessions to conceptualize innovative ideas for pitches, campaigns, and influencer strategies.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
4. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior and mid-level copywriters.
- Provide constructive feedback to maintain creative and strategic excellence.
- Partner closely with Client Servicing, Design, and Video Production teams for cohesive execution.
5. Content Optimization
- Adapt tone, style, and messaging for varied audiences and digital platforms.
- Uphold the highest standards of grammar, clarity, and creativity in all content.
Requirements
1. Experience & Skills
- Minimum 8 years of experience in copywriting for digital, ATL, and BTL campaigns.
- Proven track record in conceptualizing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, scriptwriting, and influencer marketing.
- Experience across multiple industries; BFSI sector expertise preferred.
2. Language & Communication
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to adapt messaging for varied demographics and markets.
3. Leadership & Organizational Skills
- Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and ideation capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
