We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineering leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in Azure Data Services, with a proven track record of efficient delivery and team leadership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines using Azure and Databricks. They will work closely with the team to ensure seamless integration with other systems and processes.

  • Design and develop data pipelines using Azure and Databricks
  • Optimize data workflows for performance and scalability
  • Mentor team members to improve overall team productivity and technical capability

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 8 years of experience in Data Engineering with at least 5 years hands-on experience in Azure & Databricks
  • Strong expertise in Databricks (Delta Lake, Databricks SQL, Workflows, Asset Bundles) and Azure Data Services (ADF, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake)
  • Strong knowledge of modern data architectures (Lakehouse, governance)
  • Proven track record of efficient delivery and team leadership

This is a senior technical role that requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and collaboration skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality solutions.
