Job Title: Finance Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our accounts receivable team. As a key member of our finance leadership team, you will oversee the management of accounts receivable operations and drive process improvements.   • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the accounts receivable team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collections, reduce bad debt, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing and payment issues.

Requirements: A degree in Accounting or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role. Proven experience in managing or leading a team within an accounts receivable function is required. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, are essential for success in this role. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are also necessary to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial reporting and analysis, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and financial software. Working Conditions: This role requires regular travel to meet deadlines or attend to client needs. Flexibility is essential in this fast-paced environment. Performance Metrics:

  • Timeliness and accuracy of accounts receivable reports.
