We are seeking a skilled Process Associate to join our team in supporting US-based real estate clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience managing CRMs, handling documentation, and assisting with property listings across various platforms.

About the Role:

  • Manage and maintain real estate CRMs such as AppFile, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
  • Handle transaction documentation, including uploading, organizing, and reviewing files for compliance.
  • Assist in preparing and coordinating transaction-related reports, checklists, and compliance files.

Responsibilities:

Transaction & Documentation Support
  • Manage and maintain real estate CRMs like AppFile, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
  • Handle transaction documentation, including uploading, organizing, and reviewing files for compliance.
  • Assist in preparing and coordinating transaction-related reports, checklists, and compliance files.
Listing Management
  • Add and update property listings on Zillow, MLS, Affordable Housing, and other platforms.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of MLS systems to assist with property updates and compliance.
Administrative Support
  • Provide email management, including drafting, organizing, and responding on behalf of agents.
  • Perform general admin tasks, such as data entry, calendar management, meeting scheduling, and report generation.
  • Support file and database management, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a real estate assistant, transaction coordinator, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with real estate CRMs (AppFile preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of MLS systems and property listing platforms (Zillow, Affordable Housing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and online document editing tools.
