Job Title

Installation, maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems are essential to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. The role involves installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioners, chillers, furnaces, air handlers, and ventilation units.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems and recommend effective solutions.
  • Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Adjust system controls to improve performance and ensure energy efficiency.

Responsibilities also include test and balance air and hydronic systems to meet performance standards, maintain accurate service and repair records, documenting all work performed, and ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigeration cycles.
  • Ability to use HVAC tools, gauges, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Understanding of safety procedures and occupational health regulations.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and withstand varying weather conditions is required. Education and Certification: Diploma/ITI/Technical certification in HVAC, Mechanical, or related field.
