Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Risk Associate. In this critical role, you will play a vital part in safeguarding the firm's financial health while enabling responsible business growth.

This position requires strong collaboration across teams and a proactive approach to user engagement, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. You will work at the intersection of product strategy, risk expertise, and technology delivery to ensure that emerging risks are addressed through innovative solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, document, and refine clear business requirements for new products or features, writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with product goals.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to understand critical use cases, pain points, and evolving risk-related needs.
  • Develop and communicate user journeys, workflows, and artifacts that illustrate intuitive and effective user experiences.
  • Conduct and integrate findings from usability studies, market analysis, and research into product feature planning and prioritization.
  • Identify, escalate, and propose solutions for key issues and dependencies to ensure seamless product delivery and risk mitigation.
  • Facilitate product demos, stakeholder reviews, and feedback sessions; integrate feedback into ongoing roadmap development.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in financial services or fintech.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related function.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts for executive-level audiences.
  • Skilled in managing competing priorities under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams, build consensus, and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
