Our company is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property (IP) expert to support our Product and Technology Development team by establishing, maintaining, and defending a robust IP portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for protecting know-how and managing IP-related risks.
  • Enhance in-house IP capabilities to streamline IPR activities and strengthen our competitive edge.
  • Conduct patent landscaping and freedom-to-operate (FTO) evaluations to ensure compliance with global IP laws.
  • Perform patentability, infringement, and literature searches to identify potential issues and opportunities.
  • Manage IP risks to enable compliant product launches and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to counsel on patentability, infringement, and innovation strategy.
  • Retrieve and analyze external IP-related data using advanced databases to inform decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or related field.
  • Preferred: Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the IPR industry, with a focus on Chemical, Pharma, or Agrochemical industries.
  • Strong understanding of international IP laws and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and legal documentation skills.
