Job Description

As a seasoned retail professional, you will be responsible for leading our flagship store in Bombay. You will oversee daily operations, manage a team of sales associates, and strive to deliver exceptional customer experiences that embody our brand values.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a Store Manager, preferably in luxury or fashion retail. You will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for artisanal products and premium customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve inventory management, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute in-store events, launches, and brand activations that engage customers and drive sales.
Requirements

6+ years of experience as a Store Manager in luxury or fashion retail.

Proven success in leading teams and achieving sales targets.

Strong people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Passion for artisanal products, craftsmanship, and premium customer service.

Proficiency with POS and inventory management systems.

Fluent in English; Hindi/Marathi preferred.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic retail environment.
