IT Integration Expert

With 5 years of experience, we are seeking a skilled IT professional to serve as our Dynatrace Integration Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and set up Dynatrace for optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain synthetic monitoring strategies.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow or similar tools to streamline processes.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between application and platform teams.
  • Identify and troubleshoot user issues, performing root cause analysis.
  • Implement long-term fixes for recurring issues.
  • Set up alarming for Dynatrace and Splunk for various applications.
  • Define and fine-tune alerts to minimize false positives.
