A job opportunity is available for a freelance performance marketer who will be responsible for managing our paid campaigns and helping us scale with creative and accountable execution.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with startups, particularly those in the D2C/wellness/healthcare/mobile apps space. A strong analytical background, with skills in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Mixpanel, is also essential.

The freelancer will be tasked with running Meta and Google Ads for growth, brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions. This includes end-to-end ownership of campaign strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting.

Key responsibilities include managing ad creatives, such as script ideas, copy, and visuals, as well as providing weekly reporting with clear KPIs (CAC, CTR, CPL, booking rate).
