Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic candidate to fill a crucial role in our Hotel Reservations team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound/outbound client calls/messages and convert inquiries into bookings to meet revenue targets
  • Create business from existing customer accounts by sending new offer updates, packages, and promotions
  • Maintain the Central Reservation System, create reservations, maintain customer records, and update advance payments/balance receivable
  • Develop and implement OTA marketing/promotion plans
  • Identify new revenue generation opportunities to achieve personal and property revenue goals
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitors' strengths, and weaknesses, and know how to sell against them
  • Participate in social media travel-related groups to generate leads and reach out to prospective customers
  • Schedule client visits and coordinate site visits
  • Update inquiry records, sales records for online and offline sales
  • Prepare daily check-in/check-out schedules and share with Operations
  • Collect and maintain customer information databases and contact details
  • Track balance payments receivable, extra charges, additional services rendered, and ensure collection/update at check-in/check-out
  • Monitor monthly inquiries through offline and online channels for sales analysis
  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports for leads and conversions
  • Follow up with guests for reviews and conduct market research/competition mapping

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in front office/reservations department (hotels)
  • Excellent communication skills, English (written and spoken) is essential
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel is mandatory

Working Conditions:

Available to work 6 days a week, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Weekly off can be chosen between Monday - Thursday.
