Job DescriptionThis role involves making outbound calls to potential students to provide information about our courses and assist them in the admission process.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong convincing abilities, and proficiency in telecalling techniques and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Making outbound calls to potential students to provide detailed information about our courses and admission process.
- Answering incoming calls and responding to inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department.
- Maintaining a database of prospective students and regularly following up to convert leads into admissions.
- Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the number of calls made and students enrolled.
- Building and maintaining good rapport with potential students through effective communication and persuasion skills.
- Assisting students in the admission process by guiding them through the necessary documentation and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing abilities and a persuasive attitude.
- Proficiency in telecalling techniques and sales strategies.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Minimum 12th grade completed.
