Chief Economic Strategist

To support the Manufacturing department, you will conduct in-depth research on economic issues, analyze data using analytical models and statistical techniques, present findings in reports, tables, and charts, and advise businesses, governments, and individuals on economic topics.
Key Responsibilities- Research Agenda Development: Develop a detailed research agenda and produce at least one comprehensive report within a year, identifying key areas of focus and potential solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with various stakeholders, including ministries, universities, think tanks, and other agencies to co-author reports and publications, fostering partnerships and knowledge sharing.
- Topic Identification and Analysis: Work with stakeholders to identify topics for research, develop discussion points for meetings and forums, and provide expert analysis and recommendations.
- Presentation and Communication: Make relevant presentations in various fora's, providing effective content for delivery, and ensure that all information is conveyed clearly and concisely.
- Issue Interpretation and Solution Recommendation: Interpret issues raised by stakeholders, analyze data and trends, and recommend evidence-based solutions.
You should have a Post Graduate degree in Economics from a leading university, preferably with international recognition. You must possess thought leadership, strategic thinking, excellent domain knowledge, and strong communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and drive business decisions.
