Project Finance Specialist Role Overview

This full-time position for a Project Finance Specialist is located in Gurugram and involves performing financial analysis, building and maintaining financial models, conducting budgeting activities, and providing analytical support to project teams.

The individual will work closely with internal departments to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting. Daily tasks will include preparing financial reports, monitoring project costs, and providing insights to support financial decision-making.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate prospects and structure proposals/term sheets
  • Coordinate due diligence and manage lender/investor communications
  • Negotiate closing documentation and ensure post-closing covenants and reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, finance, financial modeling, and financial analysis expertise, experience in budgeting, proficiency in financial software and tools, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
