Automation Testing Leader

We are seeking a skilled professional with strong expertise in software automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks, leading test initiatives, and mentoring team members.

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented Automation Testing Lead to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving automation testing strategies, collaborating with developers and product teams, and ensuring effective test coverage across functional, regression, and integration testing.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7–9 years of experience in Automation Testing, with at least 3+ years in a lead/mentorship role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Python.
  • Expertise in API test automation (REST/SOAP APIs) using Python libraries or tools.
  • Solid understanding of automation frameworks (Hybrid, Data-driven, Page Object Model, BDD/TDD).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.).
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
