Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Computers, and Automation Expertise
  • Machine Spares Standardization, Evaluation, and Control
  • Work and Quality Systems such as ISO, TS-16949, 5S, and TPM Knowledge
  • ERP Systems like SAP and Oracle Proficiency
  • Legal Compliance and Environmental Norms Understanding

Functional Competencies/Skills:

  • Excellent Troubleshooting and Analyzing Skills
  • Formulating, Planning, and Executing Preventive, Predictive, and Shutdown Maintenance Programs
  • Designing and Reconditioning Machine Control Panels
  • Material Procurement, Vendor Development, and Negotiation
  • Training and Guiding Maintenance Crew

Experience Requirements:

  1. 15 to 20 years of experience in maintenance department working with manufacturing industries on below types of machines
  2. PLC based Special purpose machines
  3. Utilities like D.G. Sets, Air compressors, Cooling towers, Transformers, HT/LT switchgears
  4. Hydraulic & Mechanical presses
  5. Material handling equipment's & conveyors
  6. Ovens & furnaces

Requirements:

  • B.E/Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical)
  • 35 & above
