Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to strengthen our financial operations, ensure compliance, and support data-driven decision-making as we continue to grow across international markets.

This role is pivotal in maintaining financial discipline, preparing accurate statements, and supporting leadership with insights to drive growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our financial future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivables & payables, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee day-to-day book-keeping and accounting entries.
  • Monitor cash flows and working capital requirements.

Compliance & Taxation:

  • Handle GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances on a timely basis.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and coordinate with auditors.
  • Maintain proper documentation for tax and legal audits.

Financial Reporting & MIS:

  • Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review.
  • Assist in preparing P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Internal Controls & Process Improvement:

  • Implement and strengthen financial controls and accounting systems.
  • Identify areas for efficiency improvement and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy in operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or CA/Inter CA/MBA (Finance).
  • 4–5 years of finance experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
