About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Engineer to participate as an individual contributor in project teams, troubleshoot operational issues, provide technical solutions to operational problems, implement new products and services, and maintain designated areas of engineering. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in their discipline and integrate knowledge of business and functional priorities.

This role requires strong organizational, communication, customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Experience in supporting business objectives in a partnered/outsourced model is preferred. Strong hands-on technical experience, solid understanding of operational support tools and processes, and ability to participate in rotating on-call support are also required.

The successful candidate will be able to lead efforts for quick and thorough resolution of incidents impacting our products and services, assist with the resolution of complex incidents, and provide regular and reliable reporting of relevant data to meet management requirements.
