We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Desk Engineer to join our team in Chennai. As a Technical Service Desk Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and incident management for our clients worldwide.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing Level 2 technical support and resolving IT incidents efficiently. You will act as an escalation point for complex technical issues from L1 teams and maintain and improve incident management processes.
Key Requirements:
- 23 years of experience in Service Desk / SOC / NOC operations.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
- Strong incident management skills, with experience handling high-priority escalations.
- Expertise in Windows, Linux, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and database administration.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001:2022 standards and compliance activities.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hypervisors).
- Proficiency in ITSM tools and ITIL framework.
