Financial Operations Manager

We are a rapidly growing SaaS startup focused on developing innovative software solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Manager to join our team in a part-time capacity. This remote position offers flexible hours, ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments with high-impact responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts that support business growth and success.
- Conduct monthly and annual financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Provide recommendations on cost-saving initiatives and investment opportunities that align with the company's financial goals.
Responsibilities Continue:
- Prepare and manage financial reports, including profit/loss statements, budgets, and forecasts that provide actionable insights.
- Monitor expenses and assist with cash flow management to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements to maintain a strong financial foundation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial tools such as Excel, QuickBooks, or similar applications.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting is highly desirable.
