Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our financial processes, ensuring timely execution of all project deliverables and maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee financial processes, including loan syndication, bilateral loans, and loan servicing;
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end delivery in areas such as process transformation, data management, and change management;
- Liaise with shared services to facilitate timely completion of business deliverables;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in processing of syndicated loans;
- Strong knowledge of finance, trade life cycle, investment banking, and derivatives;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to derive information from data;
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes;
