About Us

We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

  • The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development, with a strong understanding of the framework and its ecosystem.
  • A solid grasp of Ruby and relevant tools such as Sinatra, Kafka, ZooKeeper, and Thrift is essential.
  • We are looking for a developer who can effectively work with microservices-based architectures and has hands-on experience with SOLR for search and AWS services, particularly SQS, hosting, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with security practices, including bot mitigation using Cloudflare or similar, is also required.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools, preferably Datadog, is highly desirable.
  • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills are crucial for this role.
  • Experience working in agile development environments is necessary, and excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must.
  • Prior experience in healthcare technology platforms is a significant advantage.
