Transformative Data Engineer

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust data pipelines and analytics platforms. As a key member of our data infrastructure team, you will be responsible for transforming raw marketing data into actionable insights that power our digital marketing platform.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data engineering principles, including ETL/ELT processes, data ingestion frameworks, and data transformation and cleaning processes. Experience with cloud data platforms, big data technologies, and containerization is also essential.


Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing enterprise-grade data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
  • Developing data ingestion frameworks to collect data from various sources (databases, APIs, files, streaming sources)
  • Implementing data transformation and cleaning processes to ensure data quality and consistency
  • Optimizing data pipeline performance and reliability
  • Managing and optimizing database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
  • Ensuring data security, privacy, and compliance with regulatory requirements


Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles
  • Proven experience with ETL/ELT pipeline development
  • Experience with cloud data platform (GCP)
  • Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Kafka)
  • Strong understanding of programming languages (Python, SQL, Golang)
  • Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis)
  • Experience with containerization (Docker)
