Project Lead - Operations Management

This role entails overseeing the daily operations of GCC projects, focusing on effective capital and liquidity management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that project milestones are met while adhering to regulatory standards.

  • Critical Responsibilities:
  • Manage GCC projects focusing on capital and liquidity reporting frameworks.
  • Act as Scrum Master to facilitate agile project delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor project performance and generate detailed progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in capital and liquidity management.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in capital and liquidity management (e.g., LCR, NSFR).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certifications in agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and GCC BAU operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
