Job Title: Graphic Designing Executive

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your creative skills and experience in graphic design to drive brand messaging, product awareness, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality visual content that aligns with marketing campaigns and resonates with both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all platforms.
  • Design and deliver compelling banners, website creatives, social media posts, reels, and ad creatives tailored for e-commerce campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor designs, and emerging creative tools to keep the brand's design language fresh and innovative.
  • Support performance marketing efforts with conversion-focused ad creatives (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in e-commerce or IT products.
  • Proven expertise in B2B and B2C marketing creatives.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, Canva, etc.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital creatives, ad banners, emailers, and reels.
  • Understanding of brand identity, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles for e-commerce design is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with high-quality output.
