Job Description:

As a Visual Storyteller, you will be responsible for developing creative concepts and designs for various mediums, including print and digital media. You will work closely with our communications and program teams to ensure consistency with our brand guidelines and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Visual Content Creation: Develop high-quality visual assets, including infographics, presentations, and social media graphics, that effectively communicate our mission and values.
  2. Campaign Support: Design materials for large-scale public campaigns and events, including posters, banners, and event signage, to promote our initiatives and engage diverse audiences.
  3. Content Development: Transform research data and reports into visually engaging and easy-to-understand infographics and charts, supporting the creation of visual narratives for success stories and case studies.
  4. Digital Presence: Assist in maintaining and updating our website with new visual content, ensuring our online presence reflects our brand identity and messaging.
Requirements:
  1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on social impact or urban development.
  3. Skills: Proven experience in creating successful visual campaigns for diverse audiences, proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other relevant tools.
  4. Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi and English is a must.
