Bridal Fashion Store Manager

As our new Boutique Store Manager, you will oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring a smooth and luxury customer experience for our discerning clients. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing and take your retail career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Daily Operations: Ensure seamless customer experiences through effective inventory management, staff supervision, and timely resolution of client concerns.
  • Lead Styling Team: Train, schedule, and monitor performance of stylists and support staff to drive sales and provide exceptional client service.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Engage clients, understand their needs, and offer personalized styling advice to increase sales and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Client Experience: Handle client appointments, measurements, fittings, and follow-ups with precision and care to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct stock checks, order supplies, and maintain store aesthetics in line with the brand's premium image.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with design, production, and marketing teams for order updates and seasonal collections.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain store appearance, handle billing and invoicing, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet monthly sales targets and report performance metrics to management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 Years Retail/Fashion Experience: Proven track record in bridal or designer label background is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide the styling team.
  • Fashion Expertise: Well-groomed with a keen eye for fashion, trends, and customer preferences.
  • Tech Savviness: Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office applications.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and additional languages such as Telugu/Hindi is desirable.
