We are seeking an accomplished Senior Design Leader to spearhead the development of our user interface and experience.

 

The successful candidate will lead UX/UI design across mobile, web, and dashboards, focusing on simplifying complex flows and systems for both consumer and enterprise users.   • Experience designing and leading complex systems—dashboards, chat, calls, or fintech platforms
  • Experience mentoring junior designers and owning end-to-end design delivery

 

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Figma, FigJam, Framer, Adobe CC, Rive
  • Proficiency in motion/interaction prototyping tools (ProtoPie, Principle, or similar)
  • Familiarity with analytics/UX testing tools (Hotjar or similar)
  • Strong understanding of responsive, performance-first design across devices
