Job Title:

Senior AI Research Engineer

","About the Role:
  • Develop innovative AI-powered solutions for Life Sciences applications.
  • Leverage machine and deep learning techniques to enhance diagnostic accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround times in pathology, microbiology, and ophthalmology workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI models for image analysis and study management workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end workflow from data curation and training to performance optimisation and deployment.
  • Optimise algorithms for optimal performance on GPU tensor cores.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in machine learning, including understanding of DL fundamentals, adapting and training DNNs for various tasks, and developing code for one or more DNN training frameworks.
  • Strong Data structures and Algorithms know-how with Excellent C/C++ programming skills.
  • Hands-on expertise with PyTorch, TensorRT, CuDNN, CUDA, OpenCL, OpenACC, MPI, and OpenMP.
Good to Have:
  • Familiarity with cloud computing architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with Software Defined Networking and HPC cluster networking.
  • Understanding of fast, distributed storage systems and Linux file systems for HPC workloads.
